This two day class is centered on the art and beauty of canning while celebrating the stories and memories attached to the process.
Artist Nicole Gagner's body of artwork focuses on capturing approachable, everyday moments like these as a gateway to art through personal experiences, Nicole’s art becomes accessible to a wide range of individuals with different but relatable life experiences.
This class is part of the Long X Art Foundation's Art for Life Program, which brings artists and art activities to elders in our community to improve their health and wellbeing. All are welcome and encouraged to take both classes alongside Horizon and Good Shepherd Home residents.

Nicole will also bring lessons to students in the Intermediate and High School
