More about Season Six of Travels of Travels with Darley:
From biking country roads around Culpeper, Virginia to learning how oysters are farmed along California’s Central Coast and in Cancale, France, this season delivers diversity in experiences and cuisine. Some fantastic discoveries include the rich grasslands of Western North Dakota outside of Watford City, where you can hike to ice caves in the summer and learn about Lewis & Clark and Native American history. Brittany, France delivered with lots of adventures by sea, including learning to sail a catamaran and stand up paddle-boarding along the magnificent Pink Granite Coast. California’s Central Coast found me riding in a dune buggy over expansive coastal dunes by Pismo and hiking in the lush Los Padres National Park, as well as at epic Hearst Castle and a Hwy 1 road trip.
